Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Back Here is made by Quite Orbit M LLC. This page explains what happens to your information.

Everything stays on your phone

What you write in the journal, your practice history, your check-in times, your answers to the setup questions and your taps in the crisis tools are saved on your phone only. Back Here has no accounts and no server. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else.

No tracking

Back Here does not collect usage data. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The Insights page is worked out on your phone from what you enter and never leaves it.

Notifications

Reminders and check-ins are scheduled by your phone itself. You can turn them off in Back Here's Settings or in your phone's notification settings.

Deleting your data

In Settings, choose “Delete everything” to erase all data from the app. Deleting the app also removes it. Because the data lives only on your phone, we cannot recover it for you. Your phone's own backup may include it.

Apple and Google

The App Store and Google Play collect their own information, such as download counts, under their own policies.

Children

Back Here is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
